Thundra currently ships only within the Philippines.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information (if available).

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times may vary depending on your location within the Philippines.

  • Metro Manila: 2–5 business days

  • Luzon: 3–7 business days

  • Visayas & Mindanao: 5–10 business days

If your order arrives damaged or you believe your package has been lost during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.

We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
